Fresh Mint and Lemon Infusion

Fresh Mint and Lemon Infusion - My absolute favourite relaxing drink.

Tip: If you eat something that has upset your stomach or bloated you, soothe your stomach with this hot infusion.



Ingredients:
Fresh Mint, 1/4 Fresh Lemon, Hot Water.
How to make it:
Add the fresh mint into the mug, without squeezing add the sliced 1/4 lemon and pour boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes and Enjoy!
