Spelt Tagliatelle (or Rice Noodles if you have a Spelt intolerance) ai Gamberetti (Prawns).
Spelt Pasta, Prawns, Fresh Tomatoes, Fresh Parsley, Oil, Salt.
How to cook:
Cook the spelt pasta in a pot of boiling water and salt. In a pan, add some oil, diced up fresh on the vine tomatoes, and fresh parsley. Cook until the tomatoes can easily be taken off their skin. Add the prawns in the sauce. When the pasta is 'al dente', mix in with the sauce, drizzle some extra virgin oil before serving and enjoy!
