Tiger Prawns, Rice Noodles, Salad, Carrots, Mint, Coriander, (Chilli if you can), Lemongrass, Chinese Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Sesame Seeds, Kale, Lime, Oil, Spring Onion, Salt, Rice Vinegar.
How to cook it:
Collect all the ingredients, apart from the tiger prawns and rice noodles, and add to the wok. Once nearly ready, Add the noodles, and cook whilst stirring to avoid them sticking to the side of the wok (this happens very easily!), and lastly add the tiger prawns, to cook lightly in order to prevent them from shrinking and losing flavour.
Once everything is cooked, serve and enjoy!
You can even add a side of Prawn Crackers if you are feeling peckish. They compliment the meal very well.
