Pangasius, Black Olive, Oil, Salt, Courgettes, Cherry Tomatoes, Asparagus, (Spelt bread if you can).
How to cook it:
Place the Pangasius in a pan drizzle with oil, salt and a black olive mash (add some black pepper if you can). In a separate pan, add oil, salt, thinly sliced courgettes and chopped cherry tomatoes. Allow to simmer, until golden. In your microwave steamer, cook the asparagus for 4-5 mins. If you can have the spelt bread, slice it thinly and toast it for a crunchy addition to an otherwise quite soft dish. Use it at the end to mop up nicely all the yummy sauce.
Cook everything until ready and Enjoy!
