Bruschetta al Pomodoro

Bruschetta al Pomodoro e Basilico - A Perfect Starter!

Spelt Bread, Vine Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Oil, Basil, Salt, (Garlic if you can).
How to make it:
Slice the spelt bread into thick slices and toast. If you can have garlic, cut it into half, and rub it on the toasted bread. Chop the vine tomatoes into small pieces, and add to the bread along with some fresh basil leaves. Finally drizzle the extra virgin olive oil on the dish, along with some salt. Enjoy!
