Uovo alla Coque con Pane di Farro a.k.a. Soft Boiled Egg with Spelt Bread



Ingredients:
Egg, Spelt Bread, Salt.
How to cook it:
 Boil some water in a pot. Add the egg delicately with the help of a spoon so as not to crack it and leave to cook for 3 minutes. With the help if the same spoon, fish the egg back out and place it on an egg holder. Toast some spelt bread and use it to dip it into the egg, once you have cracked open the top. I would recommend to add some salt to the egg. Enjoy!
