Home-Made Fruit Smoothie of the Week



Ingredients:
220g Strawberries, 1 Banana, 2 Mangoes, 4 Grapes, 1/2 Lemon, 1tbsp Bee Pollen Granules, 1tbsp Honey, 1tsp Fennel Seeds (help you to digest all the fruit), 200ml Water.
How to make it:
Add all ingredients to a blend. Blend to perfection, serve and Enjoy!
