Spelt Tagliatelle, Plum Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Oil, Salt.
How to cook it:
In a pot of boiling water cook the tagliatelle. In a separate pan drizzle some oil, and add the finely chopped plum tomatoes, sprinkle salt and cover with a lid to bubble away for at least 10 minutes.
Once the pasta is ready, drain, and add to the sauce pan. To finish off add some fresh basil leaves, and add some extra virgin olive oil to sweeten up the flavours. Enjoy!
