Wild & Organic Vegetarian Grill

This is a very simple but nutritious meal for my vegetarian friends.
Full of taste but light on the stomach.

Ingredients:
Wild Mushrooms, Organic Green Jerusalem Asparagus, Wild Baby Corn, Jasmine Thai Rice, Oil, Chilli Oil, Parsley, Garlic, Rock Salt.

How to cook it:
Steam your rice in the rice cooker. Pre-heat a pan, add rock salt, and then add the wild mushrooms, along with garlic and parsley. Cook until they soften, then serve and drizzle extra virgin olive oil. In a microwave steamer steam your asparagus and baby corn. Once cooked, serve next to the wild mushrooms, along with the rice. As a last touch, drizzle some chilli oil on top of everything to give it a bit of a kick.
