The Morning-After Power Breakfast.
Or a perfect office lunch!


Ingredients:
Spelt Bread, Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, Mustard, Olive Oil, Lemon.

How to make it:
Toast the bread, add a drop of olive oil to each slice. Delicately lay out the Salmon on the toasts, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top. For added flavour add some mustard to each bite.
