How to make it:
Eat on its own or add them to dishes like salads or my 
Swedish Specialty Steak with Blueberry Sauce. Frozen berries can also be added to your favourite free-from desserts and pies to be baked all year round, or simply added to a Home-Made Fruit Smoothie.

Interesting Facts: The research about the benefits of berries seems almost too good to be true. They’ve been linked to warding off obesity, lowering insulin and triglyceride levels, and fighting heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis. Now a new Tufts study finds that berries may help to clear toxins from the brain, to protect it from ageing and diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
