Don't Risk Getting Bored - Try Something New & Keep On Smiling



Try to avoid always eating the same recipes, made with the same ingredients. Once in a while visit your local market, or whole foods, and try something new. 
Whether it's a new infused oil, or an exotic fruit, or a different combination of ordinary ingredients. It will help keep up that smile whilst you are cooking another dish for the health of your body & soul.
